We are on a mission to help people in their quarter-life
move from frazzled, unsatisfied and frustrated
to becoming clear, confident and positive.
Because once you bridge that gap,
you become part of a society that spreads positivity rather than anxiety and
together we can impact everyone from our friends to the world!
We are Fiona and Laura, spearheading Mind The Gap Coaching.
Here is our story and in order to grasp quickly why we’re here for you we have highlighted a few of the factors that make us unique.
In 2013 we got talking about our sometimes lonely work as qualified certified coaches and our need to collaborate with others.
We noticed that people in their 20’s and 30’s were coming to us with similar quarter-life issues. These were topics like career stuckness, relationship worries and financial uncertainty.
Looking at the bigger picture, it became apparent to us, that once people left university and before being recognised as “talent” in their company, they receive very little support around questions and struggles in their work and life.
Knowing that coaching proved invaluable in our personal quarter-life transitions we wanted to fill that gap.
We started by doing our homework and asked people in their 20s and 30s to tell us what they really needed.
In March 2014 we celebrated our launch with 60+ people attending and celebrating that there is a community out there that knows how hard it can be and a company that is committed to supporting them.
We published our 1-2-1 coaching offers and started designing our flagship programme.
The Mind The Gap Signature Programme got underway in September 2014. In the programme we look at all areas of life with the help of the Millennial Wheel , we share personal stories, commit to the change that needs to happen for each individual and help each other to get there.
We’ve since been celebrating many successes: pay rises, new jobs, boosts in confidence and clarity and much more.
It is the only face-to-face programme on the market specifically designed for this age group and addressing issues beyond your career, making it more sustainable and effective than others. Read more here.
